Hello and welcome,

When we chose this mountain house as a bucolic and restful retreat for the enjoyment of ourselves and others, we knew we wanted the price to be easy on the wallet and the atmosphere to encourage family fun. At that time we could find no other vacation rental websites in Pioneer and believe we were the first.

Now after almost six years in operation, we are no longer the lone vacation rental home in Pioneer and visitors to Upcountry Amador County have more choices.  Although our family-friendly prices and website have been imitated, ours is the original model for those that have followed and our prices and services cannot be beat.
