Reservations
|
|

1. Fill in our Online Rental Availability Form and check the dates you'd Like To Visit
|
|
2. After we've confirmed your dates, complete our Online Rental Ageement
|
|
3. We will email your payment instructions, based on payment method selected.
|
|
4. When both rental agreement and payment have been received your reservation is complete!
|
|
5 We will email the "cabin orientation" which contains the address and other information.
|
|
6 The keys will arive approximately one week prior to your arrival date.
|
Important, Please Read Below:

Reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance .

There is a Two Night Minimum Stay (four during Christmas and New Year)

Reservations made
30 days or more in advance of arrival date may be held with a non-refundable $100.00 (per
month reserved) deposit.

A $500.00
refundable security/cleaning deposit is required for all rentals.
This will be refunded in full within 30 days after your stay under
normal conditions; house and grounds are left neat and clean with
no damage or missing items. (Cleaning service is available by prior arrangement
$45 - 75 in most cases. This will be deducted from the security deposit).
